Removing Concrete forms…….How, when they are cemented in.?

Hi,
My contractor did some concrete work for me. After it was done he removed some of the forms, but not all. He told me he would be back, but he moved, and I cannot get hold of him. The existing forms are cemented in, and I cannot get them out after trying. I do not think that he coated them, to make them easier to remove. Any suggestions on removing them…I was thinking that maybe I can burn them out, but that sounds kinda risky. Thanks for your help
